Came out really thick, so I added half a can of low-fat coconut milk And a good tsp of ground ginger to spike it up, and the maple syrup to tone down the vinegar. I think I’d prefer lemon juice to the ACV. A few goodly dashes of garam masala would not go amiss!.

This soup is so easy and so delicious! It will be a go to for me in the future. Some chickpeas to put on top. I’m trying to be gluten-free, so I’m trying to come up with something salty, crunchy. That would be nice instead of croutons.

I think the lemon sounds like a good alternative to the white wine vinegar. I didn’t have quite a cup of cherry tomatoes and subbed in spinach for kale since that is what I had on hand. I didn’t care for the outcome.

There is a reason this recipe has a nearly perfect 5 stars! I used 1 cup granulated sugar instead of 1 1/2, added a little instant coffee powder, and also baked for 45 minutes.
I live at 7,000 feet elevation and often struggle with baking recipes. Brownies always take at least 20 minutes longer, and they are usually too done on the edges and underdone in the middle. But these brownies were perfect, and even better the next day. Crunchy on top and on the edges, soft and chewy inside. They cut beautifully. Thanks for such an easy, perfect recipe!

I made this lasagna for my friends who had just had a baby. One of them is a fabulous cook and he raved about this lasagna. He texted me and told me that he had 3 bowls in one night it was so good. They couldn’t understand how it was so cheery. Happy to have made some friends’ day with this recipe.
