Delicious—never tried roasting radishes—really softens the flavor. Vinaigrette has just the right tang.

Loved this recipe! We also tried it with daikon radishes, kidney beans, and pesto made from par-cell and spinach. It’s a very versatile recipe and a lemon vinaigrette is the best ever!

OMG!!! I have NEVER used radishes on anything before. This salad is AMAZING YAND NOW A REGULAR at dinner and for a quick lunch.
