This is one of my favorite salads! It is my “go to” side salad for an easy week night meal. Love the addition of the fennel.

Fantastic salad. I used spinach and baby lettuces, and threw in dried cherries and pomegranate seeds. Topped with toasted pecans but candied nuts would be tasty. I can always count on love & lemons for great recipes.
