I just made this dip for the first time to try on some big globe artichokes I bought at Costco. It’s delicious and well-balanced! And the flavors haven’t even had enough time to meld yet! Definitely looking forward to tonight’s dinner. Also, thanks for the info you gave (via the link) on how to prep an artichoke for steaming. For years I’ve left them whole after trimming the leaves and stems, and have always struggled to get even cooking throughout! Dunno why it never occurred to me to cut them in half and remove the choke before cooking!

Love this sauce! I’ve also subbed sour cream for the yogurt in a pinch and it still turns out great.

I love this recipe so much sometimes I add minced capers and serve alongside crab cakes.
