I made these compound butters. Taste amazing and all. My only complain would be to know one stick of butter will not make very much. So if you are feeding a large group double of triple you recipe.

I pack in freezer bags with content and dat labels. Ready to drop into stir-fried vegetables , pasta primavera, steamed vegetables, or any other inspiration. A great way to flavor dishes in the cold winter months. A hint of summer harvest.

Hi Jenni, you can use vegan butter (I like the taste of Earth Balance best)… just don’t the salt that’s listed in the recipe since vegan butter doesn’t typically come unsalted.
