In reply to Peggy. Hi, you can use raw sunflower kernels or pepitas. They pack together more densely in a measuring cup than cashews do, so I would start with 1/4 cup and add more as needed to reach a nice creamy consistency.

A win with the non-adventurous eater in my house. I’m thinking it will be really good appetizer on tiny slices of bread with a couple slices cherry tomato on top.
