In reply to Abigail. Hi Abigail, I wouldn't recommend using coconut sugar for this one--the moisture from the brown sugar is important for the texture.

Xmas Flashback.
My friend used to make these, yum! They were a fav – now I think I need to add this to the Xmas baking list. If you love Hersey’s PB cups you’re gonna love these.
