Kale salad is one of the more difficult things to make taste good. However, this recipe has me IN LOVE with kale again. So flavorful and healthy. Loved it.

We made this last night and it was delicious! The avocado on top made it so creamy. The homemade Caesar dressing is going to be part of our permanent rotation!

Delicious! I made the Vegan Caesar Dressing; loved that I can still have a delicious caesar dressing that is vegan; added the roasted chickpeas; definitely recommend!

I really like this dish! The dressing is not too heavy and the capers are a nice touch!
