Delicious! I had only half the recommended mushrooms, so they all went into the pot rather than on top of the final dish. Low on broth, I used water and another half-cup of wine to round out the liquid. I did not miss the additional ‘shrooms! Delicious with salmon and roasted broccoli. Definitely a keeper.
