I don’t understand one thing, in which quantity of mushroom broth we put the rice vinegar and the mirin please ?

Made this for meal prep tonight and it was so delicious! The mushroom broth was definitely worth the hour and change to prepare. I used greens instead of the bok choy because I couldn’t get any and it was still delicious. Thank you for another delicious recipe 🙂
