ha. great, was looking at your Guacamole recipe and pretty close to one I regularly make, and saw this homemade chips recipe., love it, anything home made is always preferred and as simple as they are never was quite sure how to make tortilla chips, thank you!

Yummy! I disagree though about flour tortillas not being good to fry. They are also delicious and go well with a cheesey or bean dip.

I have great result brushing the tortillas with oil—less than 1 tsp for 4 tortillas—and toasting them in my toaster oven (Breville). Do it also to make tostados for chalupas. Yummy!
