Delicious! My first time cooking with rhubarb. I used olive oil instead of coconut oil and it turned out great.

In reply to Danielle M. Hi Danielle, so sorry that happened with your crisp! We've always found 400 to be the right temp, but ovens can vary a lot. You could bake at a lower temp or cover the crisp with foil for part of the baking time to prevent too much browning in the future.
